You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NebulaFractal and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
